+AI label
SOVAIA carries the «+AI» label. We develop our AI services in Switzerland and run them on our own infrastructure — as a tenant-separated SaaS offering on the SOVAIA platform and, where requirements demand it, as a dedicated instance, up to air-gapped operation with no connection to public networks.
The models we use in our services are open-weight models that we run ourselves on our own GPU infrastructure — a language model of the Gemma family for dialogue and tool calls, alongside models for speech recognition and speech synthesis and a locally operated embedding model for searching the content made available to it. For compute-intensive workloads we bring in large open-source models such as gpt-oss-120b, which are likewise operated in Switzerland. We process no requests through public AI interfaces, train no model of our own, and do not adapt existing models by fine-tuning.
